About Julie Graham
Welcome
to Dibble’s World! With Dibble as our guide,
we explore love, gratitude, imperfection, loss, friendship, marriage,
children…whatever we want. Creating my character Dibble was a
reaction to life going on around me with too many women having too
much to do and not enough time to do it in. Dibble gains expression
through these comic strips, a line of greeting cards, an interview
journal for kids, and a unique family calendar. Most asked question
I get? Where did the name Dibble come from: My sister’s name
is Debbie and when her daughter would get in trouble she would write
my sister (her mom) an apology note. But with her handwriting, the
‘e’ looked like an ‘i’ and the ‘i’
looked like an ‘l’ and voila, the birth of Dibble!
