Just released in March, Kinect Rush: A Disney Pixar Adventure features adventures from five modern-day children’s classics: Cars, The Incredibles, Ratatouille, Toy Story, and Up.
What’s different about Kinect Rush is that it incorporates KinectScan, a new technology that scans the features of a player and creates a story-based avatar that can then participate in the game.
Ever wanted to take on the appearance of toy, a rat, a super hero or even a car? No problem. KinectScan will capture your image and put you right in the thick of the action.
Until now, Kinect has helped create your own avatar, but that avatar is essentially you. With KinectScan, you become a character in the story, exploring the depths of the Paris sewers, racing around a track with a squeal of your tires, or using your super-human powers in a pitched battle with the hulking Omnidroid.
Kinect Rush heads up what promises to be a stellar line-up of family-friendly games for Xbox 360 in the coming year.
