Kick Your Fitness Up a Notch With These Kickboxing Moves by @DPEverybodyFit

After I having triplets, it was rough to find the time to get a workout in that would whip me back into shape.  I found that kickboxing was my best friend — it sculpted my entire body and made my heart pump with every kick and punch.

Kickboxing is an intense workout that burns calories and tones muscles in one session. That is why incorporating kickboxing moves into almost all of my workouts is essential! It gives you the opportunity to enlist many muscle groups effectively without the need for any equipment!

This week, I’ve composed a simple combination that mixes lunges, kicks and push-ups to efficiently work your entire body and it’s a group of moves that you can do anytime, anywhere!
