Power Up With Push-Ups: Add This Push-Up Routine to Your Workout by @DPEverybodyFit

One of my simplest Moves for you to catalog in your list of “Go-To” exercises to tone and sculpt multiple muscle groups.
Using the “Push-Up” as the Total Body Exercise, you will target core, chest, triceps, back, hamstrings and glutes with this Move of the Week.
You can repeat it as many times as you can and you can work it in between cardio exercises to add strengthening and toning to your workout routine.
